Thoughts for the Month:  "Self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. No-one's perfect. But so often we compare our insides to other people's outsides. This month Action For Happiness is encouraging everyone to be kinder to themselves (as well as others), especially when things go wrong. Self-care increases our resilience and helps us get more out of life. It also helps us accept others as they are too. You can find simple ways to make a difference using this new Self-Care September calendar. Please share the calendar with others!"

Hello family,

Let us all come together and pray for one another; and remember to pray for those first responders taking care of the people affected by this virus. Intercede for those making decisions on behalf of the nation. Pray that God will continue to watch over all of the children and young adults out of school, that no evil will come near them, and keep their minds free of thoughts of wrong doings. School is a safe haven for some.

Take this time to reconnect with friends and loved ones you don’t talk to often. Look for blessings in the storm! Draw nearer to God! In Jesus name, Amen
